Are you looking for a studio in a vibrant, creative environment in the center of Oslo? Do you also need access to production facilities on a regular basis?
S29 Studios are 3 luminous spaces for rent inside our factory. They're located in a newly built wing on the mezzanine, where you can retreat from the noise and bustle of the workshop environment and keep growing your business.

All three studios are currently rented out.

Due to Norwegian tax regulations, we are unable to rent out to individuals, businesses or organisations whose activities are exempt from VAT/MVA. We apologise that this will exclude some groups that would in many other ways be ideal tenants for Fellesverkstedet.
Tenants with particular need for our workshop facilities will be prioritised.
Establishing individual workshop facilities in the studios will not be permitted.

* Tenants will be able to register for super-user training and certification that will grant out-of-hours access to our production facilities.
